Epic Saturday of Doom

Yesterday was AMAZING!

I had so much fun =D
Well, I knew it was Kiba's birthday...I just didn't know who Kiba was (it turned out I did know who he was, just I've never really spoken to him XDDD). I said to Nat and Kate that I didn't think I should come, but Nat nagged and Kate reasoned. I eventually concluded that I'd drag Kit with me, and after meeting up with cosplayers we'd then go round Manchester and get sushi or noodles or something.
I misjudged my train, which meant I was there way too early. There were a group of people in our normal meeting spot. Some were in cosplay, and none of the I knew. For 20 mintues I hovered at the other side of the announcement boards, and no one I knew was arriving. I was texting Kit in panic. Eventually i went to wait for him on his platform, and concluded that when he was there then I'd attempt to approach.

When Kit and I got back down to the entrance Nat, Kate and Adam were all there, and I was like "Why was I woried again?" I'm silly sometimes XD

People were just sitting around. We sat down with Nat and Kate and chatted for ages. Nat kept hugging me to annoy Kit, it was highly amusing.

Eventually all the group got ready to set off to the party...seemingly without a second thought we got invited too! I am so very grateful that everyone was so welcoming =D Thank you guys!

It was amazing =D I had so much fun, and it was great to get to know everyone better, and get to know those people I didn't know before!

It was especially good to meet :icontangleclaw: =D I'd commented her dA but not met her (since the castle meet apparently XD), so shout out to her =)
I'm sorry we had to leave early :( Thanks for having us guys =D It's the most fun i've had in a long long long long time!
And then it was the church quiz night! I literally ran from the train to the car, I had to get changed at church. It was lotsa fun anyways. As normal I mostly just messed around with Hannah. And I got free chocolate! YAY =)
All in all one amazingly good day. ^^ It seems my prayers for friends I can have a laugh with and count on are being answered...first Hannah, now these guys. Oh, and Kit of course =) (still love all the college crew, they rock!)

I'm a reader and a writer. I love to read anything...books, comics, jam jar labels, anything! Reading is my way to escape the world.
Writing is another escape. No matter how much I read I can't seem to satisfy my imagination! (of course, it grows with each novel I devour, as it gets new ideas!) I started writing fanfiction about 3 years ago, and have enjoyed it since. I wrote my first substantial piece of original fiction for NaNoWriMo last year.

I can't draw or paint, but I love to work with clay and fabrics! I make fimo models often (of anime characters or for my doll house) and have become a keen cosplayer in recent years.

I have played the violin for 10 years, and recently passed Grade 5. I also love to sing (though I've never had lessons so I'm not very good!).

Most importantly I'm a born again Christian. I love God, love Jesus, and try my very hardest to serve him. I don't get it right, but there's a certain beauty in that: you see, the point is, I don't have to.

Well, every weekend there's a bunch of people in Manchester who meet up in cosplay =D It's really cool. I've only recently started going to those, and it's so much fun!

The latest two were worn to the Children in Need event at my college (Taranee) and to a convention in Leeds called Thought Bubble (Sakura).

And maybe I'll have the chance to make a costume for you...it'll be hard, since you're still growing, and I don't see you a lot!
